I've been working for more than 15 years in the field of English language teaching as an instructor, teacher trainer, program coordinator and now a doctoral student in the Applied Linguistics and Technology Program at Iowa State University. While completing my studies, I'm employed as the e-Learning coordinator in ISU's Intensive English and Orientation Program. I've also been awarded a technology grant from the university to develop an online learner training project to help international students at ISU become better independent learners of English vocabulary.
